Ex-USAF 87-0068, built by Fokker and delivered December 20 1989. Written off 20 September 2006 whilst the f-16 was practising touch-and-goes at Volkel Air Base. During one of those manoeuvres the engine stalled after a bird strike and both pilots had to eject. The F-16BM crashed into trees within the perimeter of the air base.
