Narrative:
1963-09-13: taken on charge
1964-02-13: delivered from Sabca to 1 Wing, 350 Squadron
1965-03-25: at EBBE Bevekom Cat.2, - pilot retracts landing gear too quickly after take-off
and the aircraft hits the runway with the pylons and fin.
take-off is continued, but aircraft lands shortly afterwards
pilot: Cdt-Vl Richir A,
1967-12-05: at ? Cat.1, birdstrike during the landing.
pilot: Kpt-Vl Degraeve, 1 Wing, 350 Squadron
1970-09-23: at LFKS Solenza Cat.4, during a firing exercise the aircraft is damaged
by 20mm from the 'Gatling'-gun, the 'rigging' of the gun failed and some bullets pierced the cockpit
the pilot was unhurt, but one of the bullets pierced his flying suit!

and overturned after the nose wheel steering broke
