1968-06-23: On the static display at EBST Brustem it was equipped with 'Belly' missiles
1976-01-15: cat.5 - crashed during firing exercise on the Nordhorn-range (Germany).
Pilot lost control over the aircraft due to "pilot induced oscillation" (PIO)
