Narrative:trim found in up elevator position.Aircraft observed to climb & fall repeatedly. Airplane was stolen from Sair Aviation in Syracuse. A previous employee took the key, and buzzed his previous girl-friend at Owasco lake and then purposely crashed the plane on the ice of the lake.
