Narrative:
Caught fire and burnt out on flight line at Langley AFB, Virginia. Fuel had leaked from the fuel line into the wing root anti collision light - fuel ignited during a maintenance engine run. When power was initiated to the #2 engine a short in the anti collision light wiring ignited the leaking fuel.
