Narrative:THE ACFT LANDED OFF THE ARPT AFTER THE PLT LOST ALT IN A SPIN. THE PLT WAS AFRAID THAT THE GLIDER WOULD LAND SHORT IN TREES SO HE LANDED ON A HIGHWAY. THE HARD LNDG DAMAGED THE ACFT.
