THE PILOT LANDED FAST WITH A SLIGHT TAILWIND. BRAKING ACTION WAS POOR DUE TO THE WET GRASS RUNWAY. THE AIRCRAFT CONTINUED PAST THE LANDING AREA INTO A BOUNDARY FENCE.
