Narrative:AFTER A TOW-RELEASE AT ABOUT 2,000 FT THE PLT ENCOUNTERED A SINK WHICH EVENTUALLY DEVELOPED INTO ABOUT A 1,000 FPM SINK. THE ACFT STRUCK A FENCE DURING THE FORCED LANDING.
