Fired at and damaged by Soviet MiG-21 during illegal flight over East-Germany; escaped but crashed in a field 1km SE of Ahlhorn attempting emergency landing; KptLt Knut Winkler (MFG1) ejected (he killed in collision of two F-104G Starfighter (VA-115/VB-240) 10.5.1966); ten pilots from MFG1 killed, eight survived in Sea Hawk accidents 1958-65
