Narrative:
Written off (destroyed) July 22, 1966 when crashed at Opa Locka, Miami-Dade County, Florida. Dark overcast night. Aircraft was observed to enter a dive and crash in a dark sparsely lighted area. All three person on board (crew of two and one passenger) killed. Aircraft destroyed by fire after impact. According to the NTSB report into the accident:
