El día viernes 5 de mayo del año 1939 en horario de la mañana el avión Ae.M.B.1 Bombi registro 201. c/n 1 que estaba fuera de servicio dada las importantes reparaciones que le estaban realizando después del accidente ocurrido el día 5 de junio del año 1937, se encontraba realizando unas maniobras sobre la pista en el Campo de aviación Presidente Rivadavia, capotó sufriendo algunos desperfectos, en los comandos estaba el Cabo Primero Pesenti que resultó ileso.
